Camo Index

You can confirm how visible you are to the enemy by checking the Camo Index in the upper right corner of the screen. The higher the number, the harder it will be for enemies to spot you.
Making a lot of noise while moving will lower the Camo Index. Moving slowly and in a low position will make you harder to spot. The environment, what weapon is equipped, and current uniform also influence the Camo Index.

Surround Indicator

The Surround Indicator in the upper right corner of the screen is a radar that shows the direction (the "N" indicates "North") and area a sound is coming from.
Sounds from far away are represented in blue, whereas close sounds are represented in red. Use this information to determine where enemy soldiers are located.
