Other Gauges

Boss Life Gauges and Stun Gauges appear in the main game and also in SNAKE TALES.
The O2 Gauge only appears in the main game.

Boss Life Gauge/Boss Stun Gauge

The boss's Life Gauge (top) is depleted by attacking with weapons and damaging the boss.
The boss's Stun Gauge (bottom) is depleted by actions such as shooting them with tranquilizer rounds or by punching them.
The boss battle will end once you have depleted either their Life Gauge or Stun Gauge.

Grip Gauge

This is displayed while hanging.
You will fall if it reaches zero. Performing certain actions can increase the level of your Grip Gauge, enabling you to hang for longer periods of time.

O2 gauge

Your Life Gauge will begin to deplete once your O2 Gauge is empty.

The game is over if your partner runs out of Life.
