Using Fulton Recovery to Grow the Team
Capture neutralized enemy soldiers and prisoners using the Fulton Recovery System to grow your team. Equip the Fulton Recovery System and press the Action Button near neutralized enemies or prisons to send them up to the MSF helicopter.
Neutralized
Enemy soldiers must remain alive in order to collect them with the Fulton Recovery System. Neutralize enemies by knocking them out, putting them to sleep, leaving them in a near-death state, or holding them up.

Strengthen Mother Base
Mother Base is a plant located at sea that supports MSF (Militaires Sans Frontières).
The plant functions as the living quarters for staff as well as a facility for developing and storing weapons, items, and mechs.
Soldiers collected using the Fulton Recovery System are sent here and become staff themselves.
Increasing the number of staff at Mother Base enables Mother Base to develop and grow.
